Delivery of Your Order:

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being processed.  Please note all shipping times and costs regarding the shipping method you select.  Delivery to the US will take between 7-10 business days via Airmail and 12-14 business days via Ground delivered to your door. Those who have not received their orders after the scheduled delivery date should notify us for immediate tracking.  If your order is not received to your satisfaction, contact us and we will remedy the problem at once.

For check and Money Order payments, the orders will be filled and shipped the day after your check/money order has been received and cleared.

We ship Monday through Friday.

Cancellations:

All cancellations of your order must be received NO LATER THAN 12:00 PM (EST) THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

We strive to fill your order and ship it at 1:00 pm (EST) the next business day to ensure you receive your product in a timely manner. After your product has been shipped, you may not cancel your order.

To notify us of a problem, simply send a copy of your order confirmation, along with a brief description to: info@fuzzyhandcuffshop.com.
