Delivery
of Your Order:
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being
processed. Please note all shipping times and costs
regarding the shipping method you select. Those who have
not received their orders after the scheduled delivery date
should notify us for immediate tracking. If your order is
not received to your satisfaction,
contact us and we will remedy the problem at once.
For check and
Money Order payments, the orders will be filled and shipped
the day after your check/money order has been received and
cleared.
We ship Monday through Friday.
Cancellations:
All cancellations of your order must be received
NO LATER THAN 12:00 PM (EST) THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
We strive to fill your order and ship it at 1:00 pm (EST)
the next business day to ensure you receive your product in
a timely manner. After your product has been shipped, you
may not cancel your order.

Returns:
All returns must
be made within 30 days of the date which your order was received. All
items must be returned in the condition they were received. We do
not accept items that have been opened from their original packaging.
Please securely package all unopened fragile items to avoid damage during return shipping. Please include a
copy of your invoice with the merchandise that is to be returned.
Once received, your credit card will be credited in 1 to 2 business
days. Refund checks will be issued in approximately 3 to 5 business
days.

reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet these
guidelines. Any returned order that does not conform to the above
guidelines will not be accepted for return or exchange, and will be
"Returned to Sender" by FuzzyHandcuffShop.com.

Exchange
Policy:
Please include a
copy of your invoice with the merchandise that is to be exchanged. Fill
out the form on the back of your invoice with the items that you would
like to exchange.

immediately and report the damage to our Customer Service Department. A
friendly Customer Service Representative will be happy to assist you,
and ensure that the damaged item(s) are replaced in a timely manner. We
